With a background in strategy, operations, and organizational development, she has spent the past decade helping businesses design clarity — in their purpose, people, and performance. Her work bridges research and real-world practice, combining structured systems thinking with an understanding of human and cultural dynamics at work. Subani holds an MBA in Global Leadership and Management and is currently pursuing an MPhil in Management. Beyond consulting, she is a researcher and writer passionate about how ideas, strategy, and culture intersect to shape lasting impact. Subani is also a dedicated educator, engaging university students through courses in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, and Leadership—bridging academic insight with real-world application.
